Investors FAQs

How can I add someone to the investor invitation list?

  • Please get in touch by either filling out the contact form or dropping us a line at coloradoseedangel at gmail dot com. Please note, our invitations are limited to accredited and active investors, having invested in at least 3 deals in the past 18 months.

Do investors have to be accredited?

  • Yes. The intent of requesting that all non-founder attendees be accredited and active investors is to maximize value all around. We try to make sure we don't waste entrepreneurs’ time and that there is a chance that investors attending would write checks or be able to help the companies pitching in some other way.

Do I have to be from Colorado to attend a Seed Angel Forum event?

  • No! While Seed Angel Forum was founded in Colorado and geared towards local entrepreneurs and investors, any active, accredited investor in Boulder/Denver during the events is welcome.
